Appeals and Complaints

The client can appeal against the decision of Bohemia Certification s.r.o. in these cases:
 
• Refusal to accept the client's application for certification
• Failure to recommend certification
• Suspension, revocation or revocation of the approval certificate
• Third party appeal against the certification decision
 
The appeal must be submitted in writing to the address Bohemia Certification s.r.o. or by email to info@bohemiacert.cz within 14 days from the date of the decision. The client is informed of the result of the appeal investigation within 30 days from the date of filing the appeal.
 
Complaints in matters related to the performance of certification activities are received by the certification body in writing to the address Bohemia Certification s.r.o. or in electronic form to the contact e-mail address info@bohemiacert.cz.  The complaint is settled within 30 days from the date of submission and the client is informed in writing about the result of the investigation.
 
In the event that the client appeals against the decision, the deadlines are calculated as in the first submission.
